We stand behind everything we sell - from our adventures to dice sets and accessories. This policy covers how refunds, returns, and our Roll with Confidence 30-day guarantee work. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Roll with Confidence — 30-Day Guarantee
We believe in our products. Every RPGBound purchase is backed by our Roll with Confidence 30-Day Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
What’s Covered
• All products in our store — adventure bundles, dice sets, accessories, and more
• Must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be in their original condition (unused dice, unopened sealed products where applicable)
Sale & Discounted Items
Products purchased on sale, during promotions, or with a discount code are still eligible for the 30-day guarantee. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Full-price purchases include free return shipping.
What’s Not Covered
• Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Products
This applies to all orders regardless of sale status. If any product arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or with missing components, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• A photo of the damaged or defective item(s)
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows it as lost or undeliverable, we will reship your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund. This applies to all orders regardless of sale status.
Order Cancellations
Before fulfillment: If your order has not yet been dispatched or sent to our print partner for production, we can cancel and fully refund your order.
After fulfillment: Once your order has been shipped or entered print production, cancellation is no longer possible. Print-on-demand items (such as adventure bundles) are produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once in production. For other products (dice, accessories), the standard return and guarantee policies above apply once you receive the item.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
• Change-of-mind requests on print-on-demand products already in production
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Items returned in used or damaged condition (by the customer)
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Returns
For print-on-demand products (adventure bundles), we generally do not require returns — if the item is damaged or defective, simply provide photo evidence and we’ll take care of the rest. For other physical products (dice sets, accessories), we may ask you to return the item before processing a refund or exchange under the Roll with Confidence guarantee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Store credit is applied instantly. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Shipping Issues
Shipping times and carriers vary by region and product type. Some items (such as adventure bundles) are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, while others ship directly from our warehouse. If you have questions about your shipment, reach out and we’ll help track it down. We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
