I have always wanted to try being a DM. This allowed for me to test it out with the one I love the most. It was so much fun. My wife really enjoyed it. If you love storytelling, creating and really want things to be super seamless then I do recommend that whoever is the "DM" take the time to read through the adventure first, but it is not necessary. Perfect inexpensive date night where we could go on an adventure without having to deal with any real humans.

We were stuck in a dinner-and-Netflix rut. This changed things. Actual engagement, actual conversation, actual fun together.

My wife and I played through our first campaign tonight. It was awesome! We brought the materials to a bar/restaurant and had a great time defending the lighthouse. Well, I did. She had fun as the Dungeon Master attacking me!

I got the game and the wife loves it, however it shows I received the extra character sheets on the 8th and I never received any?

Saw an ad for this and rolled to see if my wife would love it. Rolled a Nat 20.

Pun aside, my wife and I loved this. It was my first time DMing and I now have a new appreciation for the role. Definitely reccomend the DM to read the adventure once before starting.

The details in the booklets are fantastic. As a first time player to D&D, it was a little tough with the character development and combat activities. I wish there would have been a little bit more instructions included for absolute beginners.

We had so much fun! The stary nights one is a bit short and could use another location, but the lighthouse and stolen hearts were great. We’ll definitely come back for more if/when yall make more.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed these adventures as her introduction to D&D. Some suggested improvements: Lighthouse Keepers needs more tokens for the drowned shades; Starlight Serenade could do with stats for the shadows (provided that doesn't raise an IP issue with WotC); Stolen Hearts could do with a more clear illustration of how to get from the vault to the servants' passage.

I got it for my wife for her birthday and looks great. We have not took the time to sit down and try it yet but having everything ready to go is awesome.

My husband and I have had fun. It was great to spend real time together and talk and play the game.

It's pretty cool but I expected the printed version to be more usable out of the box. Maps and character sheets should be separated, instead of pages in the adventure book.

Great storyline, artwork and packaging! So far it's been a blast!

To start, i really enjoyed it. It was my first time actually DMing, and i had a lot of fun.
There were some minor inconsistencies that i had to alter in order for it to flow properly, and i was sad the map was printed on the back of the character sheet. Those aside it was an absolute joy. 😊 my husband and i flew through it much faster than expected.

I'll admit I was hesitant ordering from a brand I'd never heard of. But the package arrived quickly, well protected, and when I opened it I was genuinely impressed. These are proper booklets with thick, premium paper. The printing is crisp, the maps are beautiful, the whole thing feels intentional. Then we played and it got even better. Three hours disappeared. We're saving the other two adventures for special occasions now.

We have two young kids and can't get out much. This has become our go-to for at-home date nights. The booklets are gorgeous, the stories are engaging, and we actually connect instead of just watching TV in the same room. Three adventures means three special nights. Best purchase we've made for our relationship in a while.
